Free Superfast delivery in 47 Minutes (Only Karnataka, Hyderabad & Chennai city limits for now)
Our commitment is to fulfill all our orders within an hour and 47 minutes. Currently, we possess 85 warehouses and a dedicated team of delivery agents spread across Bangalore city limits to make sure that we deliver our products within the committed time scale. Similarly, we possess 32 warehouses in Chennai city limits and a dedicated team of delivery agents. However, in some scenarios like bad weather/out of delivery area we might not deliver in the specified time. Our customer service team will notify you if there is any delay in delivery.
Rest of India Delivery
We teamed up with FEDEX & other regional carriers across India to make sure that our products reach in timely fashion, we will send a notification email along with tracking number to confirm the delivery, we don’t offer cash on delivery to rest of India at this point, Please check out the cost of delivery in your Invoice.
Faults & Replacements
Please call our Pick & Drop service on 7846064747 to arrange an agent to pick your phone at desired destination, to fix it & drop it off at your location, replacements will be offered by the Pick & Drop service team subject to terms & conditions.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Cash on Delivery
Please make sure you have the right denomination when delivery agent comes down to drop of the phone, delivery agents has the right to request a different currency note if he feels it is a counterfeit or soiled or a note which is out of circulation.
Card/EMI on Delivery
We use portable card terminals from leading banks & leading card service providers; we test them on regular basis for better functionality, Just to make sure that you are the right card holder we might ask you to provide a valid photo identity card and signature proof to the delivery agent, In some cases banks expect us to take a photocopy of the proof of ID to make sure the transaction is genuine. Respective banks provide EMI services & they tend to change terms/interest percentage/tenure on regular basis.
